In the Stacks....



After discussing some possible topics and directions for our 'zines, it was time to gather some visual research. In order to stay true to the "Made by Hand, No Google Manifesto" our visual database was found on tangible paper in books and magazines at the Hennepin Central Library. One really big plus was the Image Collection Archive that contains thousands of images from subjects A-Z clipped from magazines and books since the early 1900's. Amazingly, these clippings are also available for check out.

Although no computers are allowed for the production of the 'zines, here are image bookmarking sites that might come in handy for future projects or to just expand your personal image vocabulary. Check it...
